Key Responsibilities

We’re Hiring : Brand Manager (Full-time, Pune – Onsite)

We’re Art Therapy, a D2C paint-by-numbers brand that blends creativity, mental wellness, and storytelling.

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can bring our brand’s emotion to life through content, collaborations, and strategy.

What You’ll Do

Plan & manage content calendars across social media platforms

Ideate, write, and oversee visual content aligned with the brand tone

Collaborate with the design, influencer, and performance teams

Track trends, engagement data, and campaign performance

Build brand identity through storytelling & community engagement

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in social media, brand, or marketing roles

Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling

Hands-on experience creating or managing video / photo content

Understanding of D2C, lifestyle, or wellness brands preferred

Customer Engagement & Community

Drive engagement in WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and community spaces.

Launch campaigns that strengthen our art + wellness community.

Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve brand communication.

Growth & Performance

Track and analyze brand performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

Collaborate with the

performance marketing team to align creatives with ads.

Research competitors and market trends in the D2C art & wellness space.
