QA Testing Internship in Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring and analyzing AWS metrics and maintaining performance dashboards for ongoing system health tracking.
• During client / server releases or deployments, the team actively communicates updates via email, conducts post-release verification testing, and ensures smooth deployment.
• Ensuring that all games are operating without interruptions and of a high quality
• Identifying and resolving all real-time incidents of our games relating to all components of operations, including but not limited to gameplay, network connectivity, server availability, etc.
• Monitoring critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided monitoring tools
• Identifying, analyzing, logging in, and escalating all alerts as necessary.
• Working with internal systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Recording all events related to major incidents and producing incident reports for the concerned departments
• Working on installing and upgrading mobile games
• Playing and testing live games on mobile and web platforms
• Working with stakeholders and teams to identify and capture test results
