Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountants OnlyYears of experience : 3 to 7 years Post CAWork Mode : HybridProvide financial analysis and support to onshore teams for various FP&A activities such as Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Management reporting, running MIS etc.Provide financial insights and projectionsProvide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planningPrepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be madeProvide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.Partner directly with the finance team and onsite FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviewsDive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insightsWork on corporate projects and initiatives that might impact the entire organizationCreate presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
