About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Specialist to help Neev HR Solutions expand its footprint across the Indian market. The role will focus exclusively on our ideal customer profile — founders, CEOs, and HR leaders of scaling organizations and GCCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lead-generation lifecycle : research, sourcing, personalized outreach, nurturing, and meeting booking with qualified prospects.
- Use a multi-channel approach — combining email, , and calls — to ensure high-quality, personalized engagement.
- Focus on conversion quality over volume, targeting high-potential accounts within a well-defined prospect pool.
- Maintain accurate records and track performance metrics.
- Continuously refine outreach playbooks to enhance engagement and conversion rates
Qualifications
2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, demand generation, or business development , preferably in consulting, HR, or SaaS domains.Skilled in networking, email sequencing, and cold-calling for senior-level outreach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
