We are inviting applications for the role of Manager E sourcing

We are looking for an E Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement Digital team as a systems superuser and enablement expert. This role is critical to ensuring our buyers and stakeholders maximize the value of e Sourcing technologies. The successful candidate will help design configure and support advanced sourcing events using relevant tools while leveraging automation (bots) and optimization features to drive efficiency and smarter decision-making.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain.

Act as a system superuser for eSourcing tools

Support the configuration and execution of complex sourcing events including : advanced auction design and optimization scenario modeling and award analysis use of sourcing bots and automation for repetitive or tactical events

Provide day-to-day support for buyers and stakeholders including supplier onboarding troubleshooting and event execution guidance.

Partner with Procurement teams to identify opportunities to digitize and automate sourcing workflows.

Monitor adoption and performance of eSourcing tools; generate dashboards and insights to track usage savings and cycle times.

Drive best practices by developing playbooks templates and training materials for buyers and suppliers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in reporting and dashboards.

Comfortable engaging with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and training.

Systems mindset with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new digital tools.

Detail-oriented proactive and eager to build expertise in digital procurement

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement IT or related field.

Relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications

Hands-on experience with eSourcing tools (e.g. Ariba Coupa Jaggaer)
