Job Title : Python Developer

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Python Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python frameworks, RESTful APIs, database management, and microservices-based architectures.

This role involves close collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, high-performance backend solutions.

Key Skills (Mandatory)

Strong proficiency in Python backend development
Hands-on experience with Python frameworks :
Django
Flask
FastAPI
Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Proficiency with SQL & NoSQL databases :
PostgreSQL
MySQL
MongoDB
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Ensure database integrity, performance, and scalability

Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile ceremonies

Contribute to building secure, reliable, and production-ready systems

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with Docker and containerized applications

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

Strong background in backend engineering and API design

Experience working on production-grade applications
