Position : Business Development & Sales Intern

Duration : 2 months (with potential for permanent role)

Location : 100% Remote

Compensation : Unpaid (certificate & recommendation provided)

What You'll Do :

  • Convert social media leads into consultation bookings
  • Conduct initial consultation calls with potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email
  • Research and identify potential corporate partners
  • Help develop sales scripts and processes
  • Track and report on conversion metrics
  • Support client onboarding process

What We're Looking For :

  • Currently studying Business, Sales, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (phone + written)
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up
  • Goal-oriented with natural sales instincts
  • Available 15-20 hours per week
  • Interest in career coaching / HR industry
