Senior SEO Specialist / Team Lead

Job descriptionDevelop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings. Conduct regular audits and optimizations for On-Page SEO elements (meta tags, internal linking, content structure, etc.) Execute Off-Page strategies including link building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives. Manage Technical SEO tasks : crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and more. Optimize for Search Experience (SXO) by aligning SEO strategies with user experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content engagement metrics. Leverage AI-driven SEO tools and insights (e.g., content optimization with NLP, SERP feature tracking, AI search assistants) to enhance visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search results. Stay ahead of emerging search technologies such as SGE (Search Generative Experience), voice search, and multimodal search to future-proof the website’s organic performance. Monitor organic traffic and sales performance using tools like GA4 and Search Console and develop strategies to improve organic conversions and revenue. Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4 Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.

You’re our ideal candidate if you have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, and experience in e-commerce being a strong plus.

This is an afternoon shift job : 2 p.m. - 11 p.m. Monday to Friday
Should be willing to work from office at Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala.
