Human Resources Manager [27 / 10 / 2025]

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
• Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilisation of employees across multiple projects.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organisational policies.
• Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
• Support training and development programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
• Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
