The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing crucial support to our team and clients. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update student records and company databases using basic Excel functions.
• Communicate with students and parents via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
• Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
