Job Title : Sales – Supply Chain Finance

Location : Maruthi Mansion, Cunningham Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

We are seeking a high-performing professional to join our Sales – Supply Chain Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Supply Chain Finance , Working Capital , or MSME lending products with a strong understanding of structured lending solutions and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire, onboard, and manage clients for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) offerings, including vendor / dealer finance, invoice discounting, and channel financing.

Develop and manage a portfolio of MSME clients and corporate anchors.

Generate and convert leads through cold-calling, market mapping, and networking with corporates and intermediaries.

Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and portfolio health.

Understand customer requirements and structure customized working capital solutions.

Monitor account performance and ensure regular client engagement and cross-sell opportunities.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting MSME and SCF segments.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance , Working Capital , or MSME lending .

Sound understanding of SCF products, risk fundamentals, and credit evaluation for MSME / SME clients.

Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in the B2B lending space.

Experience in working with NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
