Creativity Dialogues, a podcast by Chandana Dixit exploring creativity, culture, and human experience, is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Business Development Associate to expand reach, deepen audience engagement, and build strategic partnerships.

Role Overview :

You will shape the podcast’s public presence—crafting compelling narratives online, building community, managing brand communication, and driving outreach opportunities. If you love storytelling, digital culture, and connecting people to meaningful content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media & Content

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and visual content aligned with podcast themes.
• Track analytics, audience insights, and growth metrics to refine content strategy.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers / editors.
