Job description

Ability to recommend decisioning algorithms that balance customer needs with business objectives.

Certified in Pega CPMC and CPDC

Certified in Pega CSSA

Should have strong experience defining decisioning architecture, solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing

End to end experience defining solutions, design, and implementation in Customer Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modeling, campaign management

Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modeling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouses

Manage a team of Pega Decisioning Architects and system architects and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time and on budget.

Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall
