Mac Admin

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Mac Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our macOS environment across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mac management, JAMF administration, and a solid understanding of IT service management practices aligned with ITIL standards. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a secure, stable, and efficient end-user computing experience for macOS users.

• Manage and administer Mac endpoints across the organization, ensuring consistent configuration, security, and performance.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain devices through JAMF Pro, including policies, profiles, and patch management.
• Perform software packaging, deployment, and updates for macOS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS, JAMF, and enterprise integrations (network, authentication, etc.).
• Support user onboarding / offboarding and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security, and infrastructure teams to enhance endpoint management capabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the Mac management domain.
• Provide input into ITIL-aligned processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
