The requirements for a Senior Software Engineer for Oracle Fusion.

Candidates should have expertise in either recruitment (ORC) or payroll as primary modules.

Additional knowledge in two other modules like performance, talent management, core HR, and absence management is expected.

The role involves implementation, upgrades, regulatory changes, and new feature adaptations for Oracle Fusion.

The technical side requires skills in building workflows, reports and alerts

Candidates will work on enhancements, including AI integrations.

Minimum of 7 years of experience is preferred, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates.

The position requires familiarity with VBCS as part of the transition to Redwood from classic pages
