We’re looking for a seasoned Sourcing Lead with 8+ years of experience and an active vendor network in China to lead end-to-end sourcing for our accessories category.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building supplier relationships, negotiating smartly, and ensuring top-notch quality and cost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

• 8+ years of sourcing experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on China sourcing.
• Strong exposure to accessories like caps, bags, footwear accessories, or small goods.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
