Creative Associate (Gen Z Video Editing + Influencer Research) – Psycho Scaling
Location : New Delhi (On-site)
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month
Experience : 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged)
About the Role
Psycho Scaling is hiring a Creative Assistant who lives on Instagram, understands Gen Z culture, and can quickly edit short videos using CapCut. Your work will directly support our performance marketing team and help boost client revenue across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves trends, creators, and fast-paced content.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form videos (Reels / UGC ads) using CapCut
- Add captions, overlays, and text that match high-performing ad styles
- Study Instagram / TikTok trends and share new creative ideas
- Understand brand products and suggest content angles
- Research influencers & creators for brand collaborations
- Help coordinate basic brand–creator partnerships
- Assist the creative team with organizing and delivering assets
