About the job :

We are seeking candidates with prior internship experience for the role of Trainee Journalist , and 2+ years of professional experience for the role of Junior Journalist . You will be responsible for delivering fresh and insightful articles to our audience. An Ideal candidate will be someone who has worked for a Business Magazine or Business Column in Print / Online space.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Keep up with all the local and global happening in the Jewellery & Gemstone industry
  • Cover a wide variety of stories in respective domain Conduct and schedule interviews with key stakeholders in the Jewellery & Gemstone industry
  • Research on Websites and all Social Media Platform for Jewellery related News and Developments Plan, edit, and write stories and articles for Print and Online Magazine
  • Follow & Attend Trade Shows, Press Conferences and all industry events to stay informed Report all these events in form of articles for print and website
  • Keep up with deadlines.
  • Develop engaging feature articles on the latest jewellery retail trends and marketing strategies. Uncover and narrate important stories from the jewellery economy, highlighting innovative practices and industry leaders.
  • Craft captivating headlines, informative captions, and concise story summaries. Ensure all content is accurate, coherent, and aligns with our editorial style guides.

Skill Set and Requirements :

  • Degree in Journalism with at least 6months to 3 years work experience as a Journalist / Correspondent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of media processes
  • Proactive in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Knowledge and Expertise in SEO Content and WordPress will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a talent for engaging storytelling.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems (CMS), and multimedia content creation.

    • Salary, Office Location and How to Reach us for this Urgent Hiring 5 Positions :

  • Salary is in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs.40000 per month in hand.
  • Office Location is Phoenix Paragon Plaza, adjacent to Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Kurla (West), Mumbai.
  • Full time Job from office, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm, 5-days a week
  • Medical Insurance of Star Health worth Rs. 3 lakhs provided to Self, Spouse and Children post confirmation.
