Key Deliverables :
- Develop and mentor a team of 6-8 Implementation Managers, fostering growth and performance.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain positive relationships.
- Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and simplicity.
Role Responsibilities :
