You will be the go to person for
Owning ASBL’s entire sales & marketing funnel — from channel spend to site visits andconversions.Designing and optimizing systems that make every lead, campaign, and rupee measurable,predictable, and repeatable.Building and refining CRM, lead management, funnel design, attribution, and reporting systems.Partnering with digital, brand, and sales teams to align demand gen with conversion excellence.Running experiments for audience, creatives, channels, and onsite conversion levers.Ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, and decision-grade analytics across teams.Working with engineering / digital teams to build automation, dashboards, and reporting loops.Identifying drop-off points and improving velocity, qualification, and conversion rates across thefunnel.Bringing modern growth frameworks to real-estate GTM and sales ops.Are You the One We Need?
