Everly White is a creative arts studio rooted in artistry and awareness. We create handcrafted décor and lifestyle objects that honor the unseen and invite people to live more intentionally. Our work lives at the intersection of design, emotion, and energy, igniting a revolution in how luxury is felt and experienced.

We're expanding our creative family and looking for a Reel Creator who can visually translate our essence ie. minimal, mystical, and meaningful into compelling short-form video stories for social media.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing Reels / carousals / posts that bring Everly White's products, philosophy, and stories to life. This is not just about trending content — it's about creating emotion. We want someone who feels rhythm, aesthetics, and narrative intuitively.

You'll handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and content planning, ensuring that every piece of communication feels as intentional and beautiful as the art we create.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept Creation : Brainstorm and develop ideas for Reels that align with Everly White's tone — poetic, elegant, and soulful.
  • Shooting : Capture product visuals, ambient shots, and lifestyle moments in a way that evokes emotion and atmosphere.
  • Editing : Knowledge of color grading and dit Reels using tools like Insta Edits, VN editor etc. with attention to pacing, tone, and music synchronization.
  • Storytelling : Weave narrative and visual emotion into short-form videos that hold attention within the first 3 seconds.
  • Trend Adaptation : Understand evolving Instagram trends and reinterpret them through a luxury-conscious lens.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Creative Director to ensure all Reels align with brand campaigns and aesthetics.
  • Consistency : Maintain a cohesive look and feel — white tones, soft textures, slow pacing, and intentionality across visuals.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience creating Reels or short-form video content (brand, agency, or independent creator).
  • Proficient in mobile or DSLR videography and video editing apps.
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, composition, and lighting.
  • Understanding of Instagram's algorithm and what drives engagement.
  • Ability to tell stories with emotion — beyond trends or effects.
  • Comfortable working independently on creative direction and shoot execution.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Guwahati . (mandatory)
