Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Campus Recruiter to lead and execute campus hiring initiatives across ITIs, Polytechnics, and Skill Centres. The role involves visiting campuses, building strong institutional relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process — from talent identification to onboarding.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and forecast recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with campus recruitment strategies.
• Plan and execute full-cycle campus recruitment events, including career fairs, networking sessions, and campus interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen employer branding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract talent from ITIs, Polytechnics, and Skill Centers .
• Screen candidate applications and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
• Assist in onboarding new campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campus recruitment strategies.
