Job description

We are  BSGS Design & Management LLP,  a Project Management Company based at Noida and projects spread across North India. With an experienced team of professionals, architect & engineers, we have delivered projects for fortune 500 companies in diverse fields and geographies. The projects include Corporate offices, Hotels, Malls, Hospitals etc spread over few thousand to Mn sqfts.

Location : Ahmedabad

Job Profile :

  • Responsible for complete project execution and delivery of 5 Star Hotel interior works within the approved timeline and budget.
  • Manage planning, coordination, and supervision of all interior, civil, and MEP activities.
  • Ensure quality and finishing standards as per hospitality project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
  • Lead site execution teams, monitor work schedules, and ensure timely material availability.
  • Review drawings, resolve technical and execution-related issues, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Oversee cost control, billing verification, and project reporting to management.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.
  • Manage coordination between interior, civil, and MEP contractors for smooth workflow and on-time completion.

Qualification :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

    • Experience :

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hotel interior projects.
  • Strong background in high-end finishing, detailing, and coordination of luxury hospitality projects.

    • Skills Required :

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and execution techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion with quality.
