Full Stack Developer

We're building the future Finance and HR automation through AI, and we're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team at Subraps.

What You'll Do

Product Development

Design and develop modular, high-performance web applications integrating AI features into finance and HR workflows

Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that make complex financial and HR data accessible.

Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to create intelligent, automated workflows

Architecture & Infrastructure

Develop optimized database schemas for employee and financial data with focus on privacy and scalability

Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs for seamless internal and external integrations

Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability

Innovation & Growth

Take end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment

Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to accelerate development

Contribute to architecture decisions and product roadmap in a startup setting

What We're Looking For

Required Experience :

Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience in SaaS environments

Preferably in FinTech, or HRTech based solutions

Technical Expertise :

Front-end :

React.js / Next.js

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Tailwind or Material UI

Back-end :

Node.js (Express / NestJS) OR Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

Database : PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Cloud & DevOps : AWS / Azure / GCP

Docker, Kubernetes

CI / CD pipelines

Version Control : Git, GitHub / GitLab

Security :

OAuth2, JWT, SSL / TLS, RBAC

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
