We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the user experience end-to-end. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, coordination, and light data management.
The Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound user calls to assist with platform navigation and session bookings.
 - Coordinate session availability with guides and send timely reminders
 - Follow up with users to support conversions and address questions.
 - Ensure timely attendance and assist if any session-related issues arise.
 - Maintain clear documentation using Google Sheets and internal trackers
 - Keep all logs and reports updated, and prepare daily records
 - Collect and organize post-session feedback from users
 - Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with empathy and clarity
 
Ideal Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and HindiConfident on phone / video calls, calm and people-friendly demeanorComfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp BusinessHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactivePrior experience in client servicing, customer support, wellness coordination, or telesales is a plusFreshers with strong communication and soft skills are encouraged to applyBonus Points If You Have :
