Job descriptionAct as a bridge between the Strategy team and internal teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization. Partner with core departments (e.g., finance, real estate, sales, operations and technology) to analyze business performance and develop efficiency-enhancing strategies Drive end-to-end project delivery with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. Monitor the outcomes of strategic initiatives and offer actionable insights and suggestions to enhance scalability and efficiency Stay updated on latest industry trends and emerging technologies to come up with innovative strategies that drive continuous improvement. Design and manage supply-side strategies based on market insights and industry benchmarks. Perform comprehensive data analysis to drive cost efficiency, revenue growth and elevate the customer experience. Create and manage financial models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support senior leadership and investor decision-making. Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 college (preferred majors : Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Mathematics). 1-1.5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles. Exposure to commercial real estate, coworking, or a fast-paced business environment is a plus. Experience in driving digital transformations is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience using strategic frameworks and business analysis tools to drive decision-making Exceptional problem-solving and analytical mindset with a structured approach to complex challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with leadership and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to manage teams & driving cross-functional collaboration Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

- Translate market trends, competitor intel and complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
