Lead a team of Odoo developers and manage project tasks.Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per client requirements.Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs.Review code, ensure quality, and guide team members in best practices.Handle deployment, testing, and maintenance of Odoo projects.Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery.Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.Provide training and technical support to team members.Stay updated with new Odoo versions and features.Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Odoo framework (v13–v17)
- Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience in custom module development and API integration
- Understanding of Odoo functional modules (CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, etc.)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Linux server, Git, and deployment processes
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
