Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content, designing logos, and developing branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include working on graphics, typography, and ensuring all design elements align with the company's branding guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
  • Experience in Branding and developing branding materials
  • Skills in Typography and visual content creation
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
  • Experience in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

  • Graphic designer with strong proficiency with CANVA AND PHOTOSHOP
  • Create Graphics suitable for the particular platform
  • Create and schedule platform-specific content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
  • Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta+Google++Twitter / X) with A / B testing
  • Audience growth strategy + community engagement plan
  • Weekly performance tracking + reporting (Engagement, Reach, Follows)
  • Hashtag research + trend monitoring
  • Monthly competitor analysis + content benchmarking
  • Develop content hooks for viral growth + campaign ideation
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy

    • Salary :

  • 15,000 INR / month + incentives (During Probation Period)
  • 20,000-25,000 INR / month after the probation period
