Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and governance for ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will drive platform strategy, ensure technical excellence, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead overall ServiceNow architecture, design, and technical governance across modules
• Define platform roadmap, integration strategy, and design best practices
• Review and validate solution designs, technical specifications, and development activities
• Guide development teams on ServiceNow architecture patterns, performance, and security
• Oversee implementation of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modules
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and coding standards
• Conduct technical assessments, solution workshops, and architecture reviews
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Optimize platform performance, data model, workflows, and integrations
• Provide leadership during upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deployments
