Role : VP / AVP Corporate Advisory

Location : Hyderabad & Kolkatta

Key Responsibilities :

• Origination & execution of mandates in Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution
• Drive Business Development and build strong client relationships
• Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks
• Build and analyse complex Financial Models
• Conduct project appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures
• Collaborate with Banks, FIs, Corporates, and PE / VC Funds
