We are looking for a Customer success intern who will be the friendly face and support system for learners after enrolment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build client relationship skills, operational experience, and product knowledge with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility electrical systems (e.g., panels, breakers, lighting, UPS, emergency power, generators).

 Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in power supply, control panels, and distribution systems.

 Support installation of electrical wiring, conduit, fixtures, and equipment as per design specifications.

 Monitor and maintain electrical systems supporting HVAC, process tools, and other cleanroom utilities.

 Conduct regular inspections of power systems, perform load testing, and identify potential hazards.

 Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, test results, and equipment logs.

 Assist with power shutdowns, system upgrades, and integration of new tools or utilities.

 Respond to electrical emergencies and ensure rapid restoration of power with minimal downtime.

Qualifications :

 ITI or Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom, semiconductor, or industrial environment.

 Strong knowledge of electrical systems, single-line diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.

 Ability to work independently and respond to facility-related issues quickly.

 Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and following strict gowning protocols.

Working Conditions :

 Work involves exposure to electrical panels, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment.

 May involve shift work, weekend support, or on-call duty during facility issues or upgrades.
