 17+ years of professional experience in a strategic or business role / consulting role

within the Technology / IT Consulting industry.

 Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.

 Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated

ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.

 Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.

 Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.

 Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.

 Can adapt to consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-

requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

 Should be Multi-tasking and ability to handle a diverse breadth of topics and

stakeholders across different clients at the same time.

 Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation.

Year of experience required-  16 plus years

Qualifications- Education Criteria : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.TECH / MBA / PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
