Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a hands-on developer focused on Salesforce Loyalty Management .
  • Translate Product Owner requirements into technical solutions and deliverables, with a focus on execution.
  • Collaborate within a POD structure , working closely with product owners, admins, and other developers.
  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Loyalty Management features to meet business needs.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices in all solutions delivered.
  • Support testing, deployment, and documentation of enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core development (Apex, Flows, LWC preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts and integrations.
  • Ability to work in agile teams and deliver in iterative cycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Loyalty Management, Administrator, Platform Developer) are an advantage.

  • Experience with CI / CD tools for Salesforce.
