Marketing Executive

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Dadar or Thane.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in marketing and a passion for promoting products that improve the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging with our target audience to drive sales and brand recognition.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE - (OPENINGS- 2) - for Dadar & Thane Clinics 1 Each - MAINLY FIELD WORK

Salary range - 2,50,000 to 3,00,000 Per Annum (little negotiable)

Locations - Dadar & Thane

JOB DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY CLIENT :

§ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.

§ Perform Brand promotion to ENT Doctors.

§ Conducting research and analyse data to identify and define audiences.

§ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

§ Promotional activities.

§ Writing and proofreading creative copy.

§ Organizing events and product exhibitions.

§ Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture

§ Monitoring performance.

§ Listening to customer needs.

§ Track trends and monitor competition.

§ Work and brand values.

§ Coordinate efforts with those of the marketing partners of the company.

§ Innovate.

§ Communicate with the rest of the company.

§ Help improve sales processes and customer and follow up.

§ Define strategic marketing plans.

EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES HAVING MARKETING EXPERIENCE OF 'HEARING AID DEVICES' WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.

Qualifications required :

§ A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field

§ Min 0 or 3 Years of relevant experience

§ Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics

§ Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

§ Leadership and project management skills

§ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies

§ Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

§ Proficiency with marketing tools and software
