Job Title : Sales Executive - Staffing Agency (with HR Knowledge)

Location : Noida Sector 132

Experience : 2-5 years in Sales, with a minimum of 1 year in the Staffing / Recruitment Industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Lead Generation :

Identify and research potential clients (companies seeking staffing or HR solutions) through various channels including cold calling, networking, online research, industry events, and referrals.

Sales & Client Relationship Management :

Conduct compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' specific staffing and HR requirements.

HR Knowledge Application :

Leverage understanding of various HR functions (e.g., recruitment, talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, employee relations) to effectively communicate the value proposition of our staffing solutions.

Discuss and propose different recruitment models (e.g., permanent staffing, temporary staffing, RPO) based on client requirements and market trends.

Market Research & Analysis :

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and evolving HR best practices in Noida and the broader NCR region.

Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and client needs to help refine service offerings.

Reporting & Administration :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system .

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

2-5 years of progressive sales experience , with at least 1 year specifically in the staffing or recruitment industry .

Demonstrated understanding of HR concepts , recruitment processes, and industry best practices.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with the Noida and NCR market is a plus.

Education

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Master of Public Administration (MPA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), PGDM, Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
