Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and reach out to potential UCO sources, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers, to meet and exceed sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline
- Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Support in negotiating contracts, leading the sales process from qualification to closure, and securing long-term UCO supply partnerships
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative, and coordinate with the operations team for efficient UCO collection
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques
