Role Description
We are hiring energetic and self-driven Sales Executives— freshers and experienced candidates —to expand our customer base for solar energy solutions. The role involves on-ground client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while representing Delsin Power’s brand and values.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients in assigned territories.
Conduct market research, door-to-door visits, and canopy / field campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Present Delsin Power’s products and services, explain technical benefits in simple terms, and convert leads into customers.
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools or reporting sheets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute local promotional activities.
Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Qualifications
Freshers are welcome ; prior sales experience (field sales, FMCG, telecom, energy, etc.) is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable working on the ground and meeting targets.
Ability to understand and explain basic technical aspects of solar energy solutions (training provided).
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM apps for reporting is a plus.
