Network Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network protocols, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This role requires 24 / 7 network monitoring and the ability to respond to issues swiftly and accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor platform and network traffic round-the-clock
• Respond to network outage alerts and perform initial troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related issues
• Track, update, and document issues clearly and accurately
• Utilize Jira for ticketing and documentation (preferred)
• Communicate effectively via Slack or Microsoft Teams
• Work within a Linux environment and understand networking at both Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Analyze and summarize data to support issue resolution
• Prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
