We are looking for a

Visual Designer

to craft

creative, engaging, and visually appealing designs

that strengthen 12Grids’ brand identity and enhance user experiences across all digital and marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibility :

Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs across

digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives .

Develop and maintain a consistent

visual language

across all products, marketing channels, and brand touchpoints.

Collaborate with

UI / UX designers, product managers, and marketing teams

to ensure designs meet business and user objectives.

Transform wireframes and design briefs into polished

high-fidelity visuals

that align with brand identity.

Manage and update

design systems, style guides, templates, and assets

for consistency and efficiency.

Stay ahead of

design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices

to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with clarity and rationale.

Analyze user feedback and campaign performance to refine and optimize visual content.

Requirements :

2–5 years of experience

as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or related role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, web, mobile, and marketing designs.

Proficiency in tools such as

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch , or similar.

Solid understanding of

typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles .

Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.

Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
