Role on Offer : Product Manager

This position is based in Bangalore. As a Product Manager at Mojro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products.

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, translating them into product strategies, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

In a fast-paced startup environment, we are looking for someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and driven to take ownership of product success.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the product lifecycle : from strategy, roadmap definition, and requirements gathering to execution, launch, and post-launch improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, sales, and customer success teams to deeply understand logistics domain challenges and translate them into product requirements.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Work with engineering teams to define detailed product specs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Track product performance metrics, adoption, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with supply chain and logistics trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Be the voice of the customer and champion user experience across the product suite.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
  • Contribute to building a strong product culture within Mojro.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS, supply chain, or logistics technology company.
  • Strong domain understanding of logistics, supply chain optimization, route planning, or mobility solutions.
  • Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making; familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Self-starter with high ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a startup, high-growth environment.
