We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Noida . This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and booking travel itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, handling reservations, and delivering high-quality travel management services. The role supports the New Zealand market ; therefore, the candidate must be available to operate 24x7 to meet client requirements across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and book complete travel itineraries for clients
• Manage flight, hotel, and other travel-related reservations efficiently
• Provide professional travel advice and customized solutions to clients
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all booking and documentation processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage post-booking support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, fare rules, and industry regulations
