Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Noida . This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and booking travel itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, handling reservations, and delivering high-quality travel management services. The role supports the New Zealand market ; therefore, the candidate must be available to operate 24x7 to meet client requirements across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and book complete travel itineraries for clients
- Manage flight, hotel, and other travel-related reservations efficiently
- Provide professional travel advice and customized solutions to clients
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all booking and documentation processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage post-booking support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, fare rules, and industry regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in Travel Consulting , Travel Management , and Travel ArrangementsStrong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client inquiries professionallyExperience with reservations systems and processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with travel software and tools (e.g., GDS Amadeus systems) is an advantagePrevious experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferredFreshers with a passion for travel and customer service are encouraged to applyMust be available to work flexible hours, including 24x7 coverage for the New Zealand marketLocation : Noida, India
