Experience Required

14+ years of experience in architecting and scaling real-time / near real-time data systems .

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

Lead the design and development of large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills , simplifying and communicating solutions effectively.

Drive concurrency and performance optimization strategies across systems.

Utilize proficiency in Golang, Java, or similar languages to build high-performance applications.

Implement and optimize gRPC streaming , serialization formats (Protobuf, Avro), and distributed security models (TLS, authentication, authorization).

Architect solutions leveraging distributed object storage systems (S3, GCS) and data formats (Parquet, Iceberg), ensuring optimization for large-scale environments.

Design and manage cloud-native data infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or other modern cloud platforms.

Collaborate with global engineering teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and alignment across stakeholders.

Contribute to CI / CD pipelines , ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and system reliability.
