Key IT Hiring Specialist

We seek a skilled recruitment professional to lead our end-to-end IT hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Expertise in core IT technologies with a solid foundation required.
• Proficiency in crafting effective Boolean search strings.
• Hands-on experience working with W2 employees, recruiting US citizens, green card holders, and EADs.
• Cold calling skills with the ability to work on challenging IT roles.
• Negotiation of compensation packages and onboard processes.
• Experience with recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, etc., and ATS-VMS systems.
• Performance-based evaluation criteria.
