Manager - Sustainability & ESG

Manager - Sustainability & ESG Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sustainability frameworks aligned with automotive industry best practices.
• Monitor and report ESG metrics, including emissions, energy use, and social impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG goals into product design, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Engage with stakeholders, regulators, and rating agencies to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Lead initiatives on circular economy, green mobility, and responsible Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
