What do we need from your end?
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new publishers.
- Handle onboarding, integration, and support for publisher partners.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across publisher platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (e.g., CTR, eCPM, conversions).
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Share performance reports and insights with internal teams and publishers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Investigate and prevent invalid traffic or policy violations.
- Support strategic initiatives for publisher growth and monetization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Sales, and Tech teams.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in publisher management or campaign executionBackground in mobile advertising or affiliate marketing preferredBasic knowledge of ad tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust)Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data handling and reportingUnderstanding of key ad metrics (CTR, eCPM, CPA, ROI)Location
