Job Description - Asst. Manager Pre sales and Solutioning

Experience - 8-10 Yrs,

Mode of Work - Work from office

Location - Bangalore

Work Experience

Min 8-10 years of overall F&A domain experience and any additional horizontal experiences such as Procurement, HRO would be added advantage
Min 6 years of experience in F&A Process Transformation / Consulting in the Finance & Accounting domain

Skills and Abilities

Ability to engage with prospect customers on a reactive basis by managing Pre-sales activity plus proven ability to build Managed service solutions for F&A customers across various Domains or Industries; Preference for Manufacturing & Automotive Domains; Indian market experiences is a must

Ability to identify improvement levers after due conduct of process assessments / diligence / dip stuck study conduct, identify white spaces to optimize, streamline, simplify and transform F&A Processes'

Contribute in creation of capability assets independently with pre-defined process assets in the F&A domain

Perform process assessment / audit for a Model Based Solution with pre-defined process artefacts.

Create future state design independently including recommendation of opportunities for improvement using ERP or other tools (RPA, Integration or other Automation tools)

Have worked in End to End F&A process for global clients

Knowledge of working on leading F&A platforms like Ariba, Emagia, Trintech, etc.

Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identify process improvement / re-engineering opportunities.

Participate in Daily / Weekly / Monthly reviews to share the update and action plan on various process and system improvements.

Communication Skills & Behavioral Aptitude

Six Sigma GB / BB

Analytical Ability & Knowledge of RPA tools / AI methodologies

Customer service orientation Process Excellence Conversant with MS Office

Well versed with leading technology platform and hands on experience of handling BPM tools and technologies including ERPs (Oracle / SAP / MS Dynamics / Ariba / Celonis / Celonis / Emaga / Trintech, etc.)

Educational Qualifications

Graduate – Commerce : - BCOM, BBM, BBA, ICWAI , CA Inter, CMA, CPA

MBA will be added advantage
