Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare. 1+ year of experience with US healthcare recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Boolean search techniques. Sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms.
Job Opportunity :
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals in the US. The ideal candidate will focus on Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, and Technicians.
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for clients based in the US.
- Manage every aspect of recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of skilled healthcare professionals.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to assess their suitability for available roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in US healthcare regulations and trends.
- Coordinate interviews and track candidates throughout the process.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing and candidate activity to hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
