Responsibilities :
Strategic Talent Planning :
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and workforce planning teams to anticipate hiring needs and resource allocation.
- Develop scalable recruitment models to support rapid organizational growth across geographies and functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, HR business partners, and department heads on talent acquisition strategies.Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to assess hiring progress, adjust priorities, and align expectations.Ensure a seamless and consultative experience for stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.End-to-End Recruitment :
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across entry-level to senior leadership roles, ensuring speed, quality, and compliance.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies including social media, referrals, and talent pools.Drive offer negotiations, ensure smooth onboarding, and manage candidate engagement to reduce dropouts.Process Optimization & Technology :
Streamline and standardize hiring processes to ensure a consistent and efficient candidate experience.Leverage ATS and HR tech platforms to improve hiring efficiency, data visibility, and collaboration.Identify gaps in the recruitment process and implement improvements for scalability and agility.Market Intelligence :
Monitor labor market trends, competitor hiring patterns, and emerging recruitment technologies.Provide talent insights and benchmarking data to inform compensation strategies and workforce planning.Conduct periodic talent mapping and research on niche and hard-to-fill roles.Metrics & Reporting :
Define and track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores.Develop and share weekly / monthly dashboards and analytics with leadership for visibility and decision-making.Conduct root-cause analysis on hiring bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute is mandatory.6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity, overseeing cross-functional HR teams.Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and HRMS platforms.Must Haves :
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.Mandatory experience working in B2B startups.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, anddigital hiring tools.Proficient in using HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability toengage effectively across levels.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changingpriorities.Proven track record of managing volume and niche hiring across functions.What makes Elecbits a great place to work :
