Job Title : Technical Lead.

Job Location : Hyderabad.

Job Type : Permanent.

Years of experience : 6-8 years.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Custom algorithm development.
  • Fine-tuning of open-source algorithms.
  • Code review and performance optimization.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Version control and release management.
  • Leading and mentoring a development team.
  • Full lifecycle system integration.
  • Development and ownership of critical modules.

Required Qualifications :

Education : B.Tech / MCA.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Experience in computer vision, AI & ML, QT / QML.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Exposure to systems engineering, product development, integration & deployment.
  • Proven experience in leading a technical team.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience working in the drone industry or any similar Industry.

  • Strong communication skills.
