Job description

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
Proficient in AWS or Azure (at least one)
Solid understanding of access management : IAM, IRSA, IMDS, Managed Identities, Entra
Experience with authentication protocols : OAuth, SSO, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
Minimum 1–2 years in a customer-facing technical role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred : ex-founders and prior experience in Solutions Engineering roles

Responsibilities

Deploy Portkey on customer-managed Kubernetes environments

Work with enterprise clients to ensure secure and scalable engineering implementations

Write deployment scripts, automation, and infrastructure components

Collaborate with customer teams and internal engineers on integration and onboarding

Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize configurations

Contribute to engineering documentation and best practices

Job Details

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Note : There might be rotational night shifts; in such cases, WFH is allowed
